Founder, OIS Consult
JC founded OIS Consult to help companies build management systems that people actually use. He works hands-on with quality, environmental and health and safety systems, and supports tier-1 automotive suppliers with IATF 16949, inspection and audit readiness.
Alongside consulting, JC designed Business OIS, the app that brings audits, documents and day-to-day operations into one place, so the systems he sets up keep running long after the project ends.
